Children who are adopted have often experienced trauma in their very early lives. How can we best work with under 5s and their families to make sure that they can get the compassionate care they need?

About this seminar

In this free seminar we will look at we can help children overcome their early experiences and to encourage long-lasting, stable and enduring relationships. We will also look at on a new model of group play work developed and tested by the Anna Freud Centre for adoptive families with under 5s, and hear about the wide range of therapeutic work that the Centre delivers for adoptive families of all ages.
